Shipping policy

Ready-to-ship orders usually ship from Spearfish, South Dakota, within 2-3 business days.  Custom orders follow production timeline provided with the order.

After shipment, estimated delivery is 3-5 business days for Standard and 1-2 days for Express.  Tracking is provided when available.

We currently only ship within the United States.  Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.  Contact us promptly about lost or damaged packages so we ca assist with the carrier claim.
